Who Should Attend:
Leaders and Team Members
Time: 3 to 8 hours
News flash! In case
you haven’t noticed, people are different!
Those differences
can either wreck best-laid plans or be a powerful springboard
for success. In this hands-on workshop, leaders and team
members will acquire the knowledge and develop the skills that
allow the team to capitalize on differences in personality
style, team roles, and talents. They will not only assess and
understand their own styles, but will also learn how to make
educated guesses about the styles and preferences of other team
members in order to work more effectively with them.
Here are some of
the reasons this workshop is a must. Participants will:
- Assess and
understand their own communication style and how it works for
them and against them as a leader and/or team member;
- Assess and
understand their strengths in fulfilling specific roles when the
team is working on an improvement project;
- Learn the critical
do’s and don’t’s for relating with people with who are very
different from them;
- Discover secrets for
transforming relationships with “difficult people”;
- Learn to keep one’s
own strengths in balance so that they don’t become weaknesses;
- Increase self
confidence and use strengths more wisely so that the team is
more productive, and work is more fun. |
