A prerequisite to creating a work environment where employees are energized and fully productive is to understand what these people really value in their work experience.  Managers at every level need to know what aspects of a work environment are “magnetizing” to employees.  The job of coaching and motivating teams and individual employees will be much easier when managers feel the heartbeat of each, tapping in to the passions and preferences that drive individuals and teams in the organization .

In this workshop, organizational leaders will learn:
- why employee satisfaction is not enough to reduce turnover;
- how to assess employees’ “value equations” – what they perceive as the key “benefits and costs” that matter to them;
- the critical difference between the two kinds of employee commitment, and how to measure each;
- How to create cost-efficient, non-time-consuming methods of measuring and tracking employee value;
- How to take the information gathered and build the kind of workplace no one in their right mind would want to leave!
